I suck. I can somewhat dance in public, and I still suck. I dont think I will ever be able to move that fast!

It can be done. The first time I lost weight I lost 60-70lbs with no exercise. I couldnt maintain because I love food and now I have decided to exercise. If you dont want to exercise I would recommend to lose very slowly. That way you dont have to cut as many calories and it isnt such a struggle to find your happy medium…

Too many times to count. The first time I lost 60-70lbs and got down to 89lbs (I am 4'11") and was yelled at by my doctor. She told me to stop counting and I gained 30 back in 2 years. I have gained/lost 15-20 lbs several times over the years and the last time gained 30-35 lbs. I am done with the yo-yo and want to learn…

1. how tall are you? 4'11" 2. how old are you? 29 (30 in a month) 3. how much do you weigh? 140-142 4. how many gross calories do you eat? 1200-1600 5. how many net calories do you eat? 1200-1340 6. are you still losing? (if so, how fast) not in the past 2 weeks, but I haven't been working out like I was before so I can't…

I have been feeling the same way lately. Too tired to work out like I did before when I started this journey. My food intake is on point now. I just need to find the energy to get my butt to the gym!!
-
Do you measure your food with a food scale? That can make a big difference.
-
Are you using a HRM? If so, eat your excercise calories. If not, eat most of them. What is your weight los goal set to? If it is set to 2lbs I would move it down to 1lb. It looks like there is about 20lbs less of you so your goals should match it.

Good job girlie!! :)

^^^This. So yummy. I have tried the tortilla factory ones and all I taste is cardboard, sorry.

Thanks! Yeah, you are a little to far away to be a skate buddy. I will try. I am going to see about finding a park near me this week.

I know what you mean. I am starting to not like to go to the gym. I just get too bored. My boyfriend is kinda lazy and doesn't like to do many active things. You are kinda close to me, what rink do you go to? I don't of know many in dallas anymore. The one I went to as a kid closed down not too long ago. FYI- regular…

It could be. Rollerskating is a really good workout. I did it the last time I lost weight and the lbs fell off. :)

I am not being judgmental. I was 1) trying o understand the logic behind it 2) I if there wasn't any she should know it is a waste of time. We are all here for the same reason, to be healthy, physically and mentally. Thinking that you can fix a plateau with eating apples fora whole day would not do that. I don't understand…

Um, where did you hear this? I dont think anyone with any knowledge on nutrition would say this. I might be wrong, but I don't think I am. Remember, you are suggesting things for another human being to do.

I am surprised I havent seen this one yet: I was tagged in a photo on the 4th of july on Facebook and I thought they made a mistake. Nope, I wasn't just a little thick, I was fat. Got back on MFP and decided it was time to change my life for good. Not just to lose weight again, but to lose the weight forever and life a…

Does anyone else find it hilarious that the OP had no concern about his personal health or in no way asking for advice and people are still posting their arguements. Well, I do. At least the OP is smart enough to know that it was just a rant and nothing will change, ever. lol

If your knee hurts, It will not get any better with time. I have a bad heel and I cannot run because of the impact, instead I have to do the elliptical. I dont know what kind of exercise would be lower impact for your knee, but it sounds like the elliptical is not the right thing for you.…

I am hypoglycemic and thats what happens to me. You can have episodes without having the condition. Especially when there is a major chang in your diet. The only advice I can give you is: When you eat sugar, eat it with a protein. This will allow your blood sugar to even out. When eating carbs, try to eat whole grains. If…

I said see a doctor because in most cases they will send you to a dietician. Cheaper that way because if you have insurance thats the only way they will pay for it. I agree, most doctors dont know anything about nutrition. My BF parents, his sister and best friend ar all doctors NEVER have any answers about nutrition. They…

Sorry I meant to include this: rom this number, you create a deficit. The more weight you have to lose, the higher the deficit (see below). If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal, If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal, If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal, If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose…

Totally off topic but , do you have this saved somewhere or do you type this out each time? lol :-) Oh, btw, this guy knows what he is talking about. I would listen to him. He loves to help people, not just a know it all.

I have heard on the forums that alot of people have has sucess from change their goals to 0.5 a week. The closer you get to your goal, the less of a deficit you need.

Lots of stuff! I will have to say, the factthat I dont eat these things all the time and only every once in a while some how makes them taste better! 1. Pizza. The greasy pepperoni kind. I know what you mean! I look up all the restaurants in my area from time to time and couldnt believe the calorie count on these meals. I understand when a restaurant serves over sized portions and has their calorie counts but Champps is just out of control.
