You are wrong. She said she is 5'7" in her post....It is a good Idea to read the entire post before you answer a question... 900-1200 calories is too low for most people especially for an extended period of time.

I had loose skin after losing 70 lbs. On my arms and around my belly. It took about a year for the skin get back where it belonged. I would not worry about it yet. If you stay where you want in a year, then I would do something about it.

I don't think it would be consider heavy lifting since it is high rep. Usually Heavy lifting is low rep high weight. If I can lift it more than 5 or 6 times it is too light for heavy lifting for me.

If your dog likes to steal and chew on dirty clothes, make sure you check your workout pants for holes before to go to the gym. Otherwise you may have a hole in the seat of your pants. You probably wont notice it until you are changing out of your work out clothes and everyone just saw your underwear. Damn Dog!

This is why I have a gym membership. My dog thinks it is always play time. I cannot work out at home without him jumping on me. I bet he would do the same thing if I had a treadmill at home! lol

Based on your pictures I would suggest to stop using the scale as way to measure progress. If you are trying to lean out I would suggest to carry a minimal deficit (.5lbs per week would be a good start) and do mostly strength training to drop body fat If you aren't already.

I trust it...to a point. I believe that they are giving you accurate info on each food item as it is intended to be prepare. I don't always trust the amount of food that ends up on my plate! A study showed that there was around a 20% margin of error in most restaurant served and packaged food.
