What kind of HRM? I have a Polar ft4 and it is very close to all of the ones listed. I had a different HRM before that didn't have a chest strap and relied on me tapping the watch to update my HR and that one was about 30-40% higher than all the other sources including my polar.

I make those all the time! If you want to make sure the don't get rubbery, I stir the eggs every 30 seconds and cook without the cheese. Add a low sodium slice of ham and a low cal cheese and you have an awesome variation!

That is alot of exercise in 1 day. Anything over 1 hour 15 min is considered strenuous. How many days per week are you doing this? I do 2 cardio classes and 2 lifting days at around and hour a pop most weeks.

This is completely false. You explained it correctly, but your conclusion is wrong. MFP says I need to eat 1500 calories a day to lose 1lb. That is my "TDEE-500" for lightly active.
