Did you measure? Are you sure you didn't lose inches? That doesn't seem possible. 15 pound loss and no inches? Can't be. I think you are probably overdoing the cardio. You should do that everyday, but you really don't have to kill yourself. Take a couple days off from the high impact stuff before you hurt yourself. Really.…

For cardio~ Group Step ( I teach it because I love it so much!) and running. Fairly new to running. I love it like I love step aerobics! Always a challenge. : ) I like flipping big *kitten* tires. Kettle bell stuff I like. HATE pull ups. Make me feel like a weakling.

I'll be doing my first in April.....Galloway method. Since I decided to do it on a whim..... : D

I somewhat agree. If you can run outside some, do that. I am forced to mainly run on a treadmill as I have a young daughter and elderly parents to care for, so I have to get in my training at the gym (where I have childcare!) That being said, yes, running outside will definitely feel harder. But it more than likely won't…

Hi all! My name is Tina. I weigh in every morning first thing. Only once a day. Period. It keep me motivated. I realize you will have daily fluctuations even when doing all the "right' things. I only get upset if it is up more than 2 pounds. Then I pretty much know I have gotten lazy somewhere. : D If I only weigh in once…

This is exactly what I do! I taper my carbs. Have the most at breakfast, very little, but usually none at dinner. If I'm desperate for a sweet treat, then I'll have a piece of fruit. But this rarely happens anymore. Significantly helped my cravings doing this.

I eat bacon every Sunday and it has had no negative effect on my weight loss. I have 3 or 4 slices. With scrambled eggs. I no longer have a biscuit, but don't mess with my bacon! I don't think the fake stuff is any better for you anyways. Oh, and like someone else posted. Microwave it on one of those slotted trays made for…

My feet used to go numb, too. So I started do the backwards setting on it. I think it was forward for 5 minutes and backwards for 2 minutes. When I did that, it wouldn't really happen. Don't know why it happens in the first place, though. But the last couple times I've got on one, I went to 30 minutes and no numbness at…

Thanks! Gonna try it that way in the morning! : D

That sounds good! Do you add all that while it's still cooking or once it's done?

If and when I have oatmeal, I have it in the morning BEFORE my workout. And always include some protein with it. I eat all the fruit and veggies I want. And most days I am under for my carbs. If you want to reduce carbs, cut out sugar, but not fruits. I never eat cereal anymore. But I never worry about sugar in fruit.…

Well I thought your tips were great! And I agree with everything. If someone else, doesn't......keep in mind, she shared this because she just wanted to HELP, not push anyone into doing something HER way! These things worked for her and many others, I might add. Not to mention, a lot of times, the naysayers that don't…

I get a lot of stuff from TJ Maxx, too! Lots of Nike stuff, there. I also have a Nike outlet close to where I live. I love the new workout wear at Old Navy. Never liked the stuff I got at Walmart. Occasionally buy from Target, but like Old Navy better. I love Nike dri fit pants, but the can get pricey, so I keep an eye out…
