I'm pretty sure with Body Pump ( les mills programs) she CAN'T "walk" the class. She HAS to DO the workout. She could use less weight on her bar, but more than likely, participants will notice and probably not be as motivated to "load up" their own...... I teach Group Power (which is basically the same as Body Pump. I…

I started running last October with the C25k plan. I've done a few 5ks and 2 10ks and will be doing my first 1/2 this Sunday. So here's thing.....the first couple 5ks and the first 10k I did, I was DETERMINED to run the whole thing and NEVER, EVER walk because I thought it would negate all the "running" I did if I took a…

I am 5'3 and weigh around 185 and wear a 12/14. When I weighed 175-180 before i had my daughter I wore a size 10-12. Sometimes an 8 if it was a dress or skirt. I am fairly fit and muscular for my size, though.

So then why not just eat a raw, organic vegan diet for 2 weeks to "detox"? Not sure what you are looking for, then.

I teach some classes at the gym so when I'm working my hair is in the cutest ponytail I can muster and I wear SOME makeup. Just a stain on my cheeks, waterproof liner and mascara and tinted lip moisturizer. I need it for the confidence boost. Don't wear powder or foundation since it will just slide off when I sweat, plus…

Waterproof mascara, girl!

i would try the socks. I hear good things about them and maybe get fitted for proper shoes at a specialty running store. The wy will analyze your gait as you walk, run, or whatever workout you prefer and then bring shoes for you to try that will be good for your foot/gait. Just a couple things to think about. The right…

^^^no, it doesn't^^^^ It takes up less room, but it weighs the same

I'm 5'3 I weigh 189 right now and I am easily sliding into 14's and even some 12's. Mostly size L tops. Before getting prego with my daughter, I wore a 10 at 180 lbs, size S and M on top and Mediums on bottom. Working out with weights makes a huge difference! I know women who are taller and weigh less than me that wear a…

Great job, you two! I finished C25K last November and I felt such a sense of accomplishment! You should be very proud!
-
That is absolutely awesome! Well done, dude!

The most I have ever weighed is 260. Lost 80, got pregnant, gained 60 and now back down to 188 as of today. I'm 5'2" and would like to weigh somewhere in the 140s I think. We'll see.

I work at a gym. It's ridiculous. About all I own it seems is workout wear. The time or two a week that I need to wear "real" clothes, I am hard pressed to find something in my closet. I need to go shopping. But I can justify Nike stuff better than the other! : ) Let's not talk about shoes. : p I buy a pair a month. I have…

In the cardiovascular section in the database, there is a "strength training". I use that for my Group Power which is the same as Body Pump.

Hey! That's fantastic! Keep it up! Will you sign up for a 5k when you are done? I completed C25k last November. I think it's the best program ever! It was perfect for me! : )

He may not be doing it on purpose. He may very well feel threatened. If you love your husband and value your relationship, sit down and have a heart to heart with him. Without anger. Or accusations. From a place of love. Try to understand where he may be coming from. At the end of the day, you are the only one responsible…

I didn't look at your diary, but you need a minimum of 1200 calories a day. Another thing is 10 pounds in 2 weeks is A LOT! Your body is catching up! I wouldn't exactly call it a plateau, but your body can't keep up with that pace of weight loss. Give it time to catch up. I bet in a week or two if you stay consistent (and…

I have the Android app on my Thunderbolt and it's perfect! Does everything I need it to. No complaints at all!

I log everything, everyday. Even if it's "bad", takes me over my limit or whatever. Logging everything is what has made the difference for me this time around. I'll send you a request. I try to comment on my friends' updates. We are all in this together! Good luck!

Well, I wish you the best on your journey. I do wish you would reconsider, but to each his own. I have taken it before. Didn't gain weight back, because I, for the most part, continued eating healthy and always keep up my workouts. But, whether you eat right and exercise while on it or not, it still does damage to your…

^^^^Not impossible at all. In the past, I have lost loads of weight with hardly any exercise at all. I do workout tons now, but she doesn't want to hear about that. A very close friend of mine has lost close to 100 pounds and never worked out AT ALL until after she reached her goal weight. And then FINALLY, she decided on…

I never thought I would run and I was too embarrassed to try. But through various circumstances last September, I started to. Did Couch25K. I still would tell people I wouldn't do races. "not me"........FIrst 5k in November, 2nd in December, 10k in February, 3rd 5k last weekend (shaved 2 minutes off the first one). And now…

Go do a workout of some sort. You should probably take a rest day once a week, but you can still work out when you are sore. It will probably help.
