You are probably running faster outside than you ever have inside. If possible find a way to track your speed. If you have a smart phone of any kind there are a lot of apps out there that track how fast you are going. I work anywhere from 50-100 hours a week. Above that I'm "on call" 2-4 days a week, plus every 3-4 weekend. I also have a hubby and 2 crazy kids. So, working out sometimes is almost impossible.
