I have also tried weighing myself more often than once a week - once is the way to go as I thought I had put it all back on and felt quite low. Those are the times I am likely to eat more and undo any good.

Week 0 - 70.2kg Week 1 - 69.1 kg I have gone over on calories on a couple of days but have done more exercise to hopefully balance it out :)

Hello - I have recently decided I need to lose some weight before my holiday to New York and Florida so I definitely need to start eating healthier and exercising. Hope it's ok that I have joined this group :) I would like to lose about 15lbs to feel happy but I may want to lose a bit more.
