If I want a burger, I make it fit. It may not be my dream burger, but it still fills my craving. I may choose a wheat bun, a small (3-4oz) lean meet patty, and skip the cheese or have half a piece. That way I can still enjoy a burger when I want. And the calories are not outrageous.

Go brush your teeth. You may think twice about snacking if you have minty fresh breath. It sometimes works for me.

I use the Jillian Michaels Whey protein also. It doesn't have the most protein (15g/scoop), but it tastes great!

I love my C2 rowing machine. Great cardio workout for the days I don't feel like running.
