I did that yesterday. And I didn't even mean to. I only had 950 calories max. I didn't know that I didn't eat much until I logged it before going to bed by then it was to late to eat something. But I worry when I see people do that as well.

I drink water all the time. But for some reason when I am at work I never have to use the bathroom at all. I drink 4 glasses of water and don't void at all. Is that a normal thing. I work in fast food and am on the go constantly.

Day 86 for me here. Close to 100. It should be more but I forget the number though.

I started counting my calories in January and didn't join MFP until August. I have already lost 45 pounds. 15 of that on here alone. It works. Plus you have others on here that are on the same journey as you are. It helps to have support from others. Good luck to you.

I eat yogurt or pudding if that happens. I have also had peanut butter crackers. Something with protien is good. I try to stay at 100 calories or the most 140.

It is reasonable. I was just wondering. I was counting calories before I joined this site and I was lowering my calories by 10 every week. When I joined here it has stayed the same. Just wondering.

I still lost 2 pounds this week and I am in the middle of mine. I really thought it would be a gain. But I am drinking lots of water so maybe that helped. I also weigh every day and also at night. But only record once a week. I guess if I had gained I might not record it.
