  • I am so confused with this whole calorie thing. It says I can eat 1200 calories plus the calories I burned from exercising which is usually around 300. So its telling me to eat 1500 calories a day. Do I have to eat this many calories? If I only stay at the 1200 calories will I lose weight faster? Thanks to everyone in…
