I started with the 30 Day Shred and then ended up doing Ripped in 30. I can't stand her voice so i listen to my own music while doing the workouts. that is the only way i can get through the 30 mins. of my workout. The videos do work if you stick to it and eat well. I do cheat here and there just so i don't crave something…

I am 5'1 and my daily calorie intake is 1370. At first it was hard to manage now it's easier.

yeah the one i have has the chest strap and for teh life of me i have yet to figure out how to use it. My husband bought it so maybe i should ask him how to use it :)

So i have a heart rate monitor and i use it before i start my work out and check it mid-way but unsure how it tells me how many calories i burned or how i figure that out.

How does one figure out the calories burned using a heart rate monitor? I have one and i have no clue how to calculate the heart rate with the calories.
