I make sure I drink a glass of water with everything I eat- which is easy because I eat approximately 6 times a day. It's my rule - if I'm going to eat, then I will also have a glass of water.

I've gotten into Think Thin bars - especially the creamy peanut butter flavor. It tastes like a Reese's cup and they're 230 calories with 20 grams of protein, and 1 gram of sugar or less :). They have a chocolate covered strawberries flavored one too with 15 grams of protein and only 200 calories.

My first month of MFP was spent at 1200 calories a day, too... and I gained a pound! So annoying! So these past two weeks I upped my caloric intake to about 1500 a day and not only did I go back to what I weighed before, but I lost an extra pound :). Very happy about this development, definitely going to keep it up!

I've been having the same cravings, so you know what I did? I got a package of corn tortillas (90 calories in two of them!). I use two at a time, and cut them up into twelfths. You know what I just got for pancakes? They're called batter blasters - they're ready made pancake batters in a can. They're organic and fat free and 1/4 cup of batter (about two pancakes) is only 80 calories. They taste really good too and they cook up quick :). Maybe use those and splurge a bit on your toppings ;D
