I just started the push-up, sit up and squat challenges last week, half way through week two. I hope to complete them in a month instead of the 6 weeks recommended. I have noticed more definition in my abs and my arms, but I am also doing P90x and Rockin Body videos, either way - would def recommend it :)

I don't stick to an actually program, but I alternate between rockin' body and the p90x videos - 6 days a week. I am currently also doing the push up. sit up and squat challenges. Love rockin' body though doesn't even feel like I am working out, but still seeing great results! :)

My gown was purchased in a size 10 but it has a corset back, my grandmother who will do the atlerations has said not to go lower than a size six, as it is all lace... I am currently about a 7/8 in dress sizing, so I can't loss to much more, looking to tone up :) I'm 5'8 so I don't want to go to small that I look too…

I am getting married June 23, 2012! Can't wait :) We got engaged Canada Day and the time has flown by! I am almost at my goal weight, my semstress has advised against losing to much weight as my dress is all french lace, and not the easiest to alter, I pick up my dress in a month so once I try it on again, I might revise…

I believe overall really, my work pants hardly stay up now, I have to wear a belt, but all my co-workers have mentioned my face and legs... they noticed these areas after only losing 4lbs.

I love going away to anywhere warm and with a beach, however, I do like to add some adventure into my vaca's, in Costa Rica we went zip lining, horse back riding, atving and rafting :) The pool bar doesn't hurt either!

Love this post! :) Today, I fit into pants I haven't worn for a year :) and its Friday!! :) Plus my boss is treating the team to Yogen Fruz this afternoon, usually its cake Friday in my office, but since we are all trying to be more healthy, she figured Yogen was a better option! :)
