  • What if you try getting the 100 cal pack off cookies and when you go to the dinning hall you bring your cookie pack instead of grabbing a calorie filled desset. Good luck, and think of how great you will feel/look if you dont go for dessert. :happy:

  • Dont feel down, everyone on this site has been amazing in helping me to keep my head up. We have all tried crazy diets, and gain the weight back. We all are getting healthy, the healthy way you can do this just keep pushing. :happy:
  • I am a hairstylist and run into that problem all the time! Its super hard for me when my day is super booked, so i always have a small serving of raw walnuts, low fat yogurt, and a piece of fruit so I dont splurge when I do get the chance to shove a meal in my mouth either b4 the next client or on my way home.
  • Im sooo excited that I found this group. I have PCOS and I wanted to slim down a little bit prior to being put on meds so we could start trying. Does anyone have any great tips that they could share?
