I have been there too...I usually hit my wall about four months in when healthy food doesn't sound good to me anymore, so all I want is fast food (my downfall). As far as being sluggish goes, you might need to recheck your calories, and see if you are getting enough, or too much, as either one can make you feel that way.…

The real calorie count should be exactly what you put into the cake. So because the diet coke has zero calories, the only ones you should need to worry about are the ones in the cake. You can figure out how many are in a serving by dividing the calories by how many pieces of cake you cut. I hope this helps.
