Today... Thinking about being on a diet is not the same as taking action. I have been thinking/planning for over 2 years now and it's time to get serious. My fitness pal works if you work it. I am proof since I lost 60 lbs in 2017. Little actions lead to big results and that is true for either weight loss or weight gain.
