Thanks everyone for all the support and words of encouragement !!! It really helps to have you all here !!!! I worked out today and felt like total crap doing so, but hopefully in 2-3 days all the junk will be out of my body and I will be feeling good again.

I am on a 1200 calorie diet and log everything into my food diary. Feel free to take a look (except for the past 4 days because I was unable to log things in) but everything before that is good! Hope it helps.

I'm in the NOVA/DC area too. Harris Teeter carries Fage, but I haven't tried it. I always get Oikos or Chobani. Lady at work uses Fage everyday though. Now that Costco carries Chobani in bulk (12 - 6oz containers for $11) That will be my staple! Talk about a savings!!!

Tonight I had Lime Chicken and it was DELICIOUS Marinate chicken breasts in cut up lime wedges w/lime juice squeezed over chicken. Day11 L2 complete! Today was my first day on L2 - and my oh my - what a workout!! Definitely had my heart pumping :) Goal is to complete 45 mins on the eliptical trainer tonight!

I love the Taco Bell Fresco selection. The chicken and steak soft tacos have 120/130 calories each and I find them very filling. They are delicious too!

Chocolate Cake made with PUMPKIN???? Oh please send me the recipe!!!! It is ok to have sweets and treats in moderation. It is actually recommended. If you give your body treats, you will be less likely to binge or overeat. So dig in and enjoy :)
