  • You do not have to tell her no, just bring your lunch with you. I do that and so do a lot of my friends - we may all go "out" to eat for lunch, but some of us bring our own lunches while others order out. That way you can still hang out and control your food intake at the same time ;)

  • This happens to ALL of us. Don't be mad at yourself, just take it as a cheat day. You are still under your calories for the day and down 6 pounds, that is GREAT.

  • REST!!!! You should always give your body AT LEAST 1 day a week to recover and rest. Do not feel guility. By working out everyday, you risk overtraining, injury, etc.

  • I have never had this before. Is your bra too small/tight? I would try getting a different size and see if that helps.
  • Thanks everyone :flowerforyou: A lot of great suggestions!!! I ended up eatting Campbells Select Harvest Light Vegetable Beef & Barley Soup. Pretty good too and it only put me 13 calories over, so I'm not too worried. I look forward to using some of these suggestions for the future when I'm a bit limited on calories!

  • Yes - they are DELICIOUS and almost as good as a candy bar :) I love the Special K Protein Meal bars and pure protein bars. Mmmmm
  • hahahaha --- I'm sorry, but all I can do is laugh at this! I totally know what kind of people you are talking about and it is frustrating. How can someone be sooooo dumb?? Cardio is the BEST exercise for weight loss! DUH
  • I agree, trying to lose weight or not, 12 beers each weekend is not good for anyone or your liver. Could you cut it down to 3 a night? Could also do vodka, jack daniels, or rum to save some calories.
