  • OK - I bought the DVD @ Target tonight! Only 9 bucks...what a steal!! I'm going to start tomorrow morning and also jog between 2-3 miles 5x a week! Hope I can keep up with up. For once I want to look good in a swim suit :)

  • I take xenadrine and I swear by it! I took it a few years ago and helped me lose about 15 lbs. It surpresses your appetite and you get full a lot faster!
  • Any of those restruaunts will be OK. Chipotle you can get a salad. Cheesecake Factory and KPC also have low calorie meals. Don't eat an entire meal, eat half and put the rest away.   • It's good to allow yourself junk now and then! I always let myself induldge 1x per week. If you don't, eventually you will end up binge eatting. Treat yourself and know that you DESERVE it!
