I would complain that they've been looking at your feet. Perverts!! nobody looks at feet

You definately need to spend some serious time thinking about it. It may also be better, rather than getting a specific tattoo for weightloss to get something that more represents your journey and your personality. Everyone doesn't need to know instantly that your tattoo was a reward for accomplishing your goals, as long…

nice recipe. I'm so stealing that

I agree my polar HRM has been the best investment I've made fitness gadget wise. I've had mine for nearly 2 years now and haven't even had to change the battery. I wear the watch every day It all really depends on if you think that by knowing a guesstimate (that is still all it is) of calories burned is really what you…

Great work

I would recommend this too and also New Rules of Lifting for Women
-
how about an audio book?

Its the way forward. I love not having to answer to anyone and most of all not having to bail a dimwit out of debt every month because he spent his money. I can wear what I want, tattoo/pierce where I want and not give a rats *kitten* who cares :drinker:

I have tatts, but red hair and blue eyes. Will soon have an awesome job and career and will only need a man when I feel like a hug

I'm coming up to 2 years flying solo and I have to say I like it too :) although it does have its moments

haha I was showing the girl at work my old hair colour the other day on my old work ID badge, and she was like "that's not even you!". She got a bigger shock when I showed her my driving license. That picture really does look like someone else. Partly because I've grown up a lot since then

Best of luck with that

thanks hun I can't wait to lift properly and get some strength back. Who knows maybe the big guys will mother me lol

Hey guys I'm new to the group and to stronglifts. I did attempt NROLFW a while back but my gym just wasn't compatable. Tomorrow I restart week 1 of 5x5 at a new MALE gym (eeeek mine was female only hence lack of weights). I'll admit I'm so nervous of actually getting in and doing a workout but when I went for a wander…

I put an aerobic step under my feet and that seems to work fine
-

I'll have to dig out my actifry :)

I have two a girl and boy and I totally agree the boy is a LOT softer than the girl. He takes affection any which way it comes, whereas she likes to be in control. I say that and she is the one sat in my lap purring right now. The Harry Potter anaology is right too. I think you'll know when you visit the shelter which one…

my fitbit has never fallen off. I have the ultra. I also has a plastic cradle clip that it inserts on to so you don't over stretch the fitbit itself. I attach mine on the centre of my bra
-
a fitbit is basically a pedometer. If you're after a more accurate estimate of cals burned during exercise a HRM would be the better option. I have both, the fitbit to monitor general activity and the HRM for workouts
-
This is m problem too. You've just got to keep at it and it will shift eventually
-
I use gold standard whey too. It tastes great, mixes well with every liquid I've tried and isn't too expensive.
