I'm 5'7" and 128lbs and I still have a jiggly belly. It is a lot flatter and I am skinny in clothes. I'm aiming now to up my strength training and ditch cardio altogether (perhaps only on rest days) to build muscle. Using this bf% calculator (http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html) I'm at approx 19% too. Like…

my original gw was 140 but now I'm 128 and still think I could drop to 126 a round 9st. I am changing my mindset now though to the fact the number isn't the issue its how the body is adapting to any losses. I'm swaping my goals to working on building muscle mass so I wouldn't be too bothered if my weight went back to 140

I would also recommend following the books advice. They know what they're talking about and have reasons why they recommend such a high intake. I know its a shock and really hard to get your head around eating that much, especially when you're trying to lose weight but, go with it for a while. You can always drop your cals…

I was going to say throw in any random fruit that takes your fancy, blueberries, cranberries etc, nuts, seeds, applesauce anything. Try mixing it up with a nut milk like almond or coconut. Or instead of hot you could make a batch of oat cakes and reheat and top with yoghurt

All I wanted was to add new progress pics in a collage and PoOOF where's the option of an easy 2 minute job. It's not good at all

Aw she is so cute. My cat doesn't just sit and stare though she climbs all over me, squishing into whichever space she wanted to be in or on my knee over the laptop.

me too. I don't (can't) tan and don't really care too much. I might fake tan during the summer, but not to the burnt mahogany extent of that woman on tv - I mean WOW that was just vile

Well then you've not heard the Mackem accent (from Sunderland next to Newcastle). The differences in how we say things compared to Geordies can be big

Once a month I weigh in, take measurements and photos. I would personally advise not to hang all your hopes on the scales and numbers, go by how you feel, look and clothes fit. Its too easy to put yourself down if the scale doesn't show what you want, and as your body fluctuates, sometimes significantly, from one day to…

thanks :blushing: I'm certainly a million times better than this time last year

I would post mine on the thread but I'm not that confident. They are on my profile though if anyone wants to look. Still a work in progress. I'm under my target weight at the minute so am working on mixing things up and getting more lifting back in my routine

Strap it on tighter, or try wearing it on your back (make sure the sensors are still on the right side this is on polars website). I had problems with mine at first. Big thing don't press the buttons in the water, I had to keep sending mine for fixing because the water was getting in when I was resetting it. You could just…
