Have a bigger breakfast and eat your fruit or yogurt for snack. I log as I eat to better gauge where I am at. My fear is going over, not under.

Smoking raises triglycerides too (you probably don't smoke, but I thought I would mention it) I too have high triglycerides and bad cholesterol level is not good either. I hope with diet and exercise to raise the good and lower the bad. Good luck:smile:

Thanks for posting this....... The first week I ate all of my exercise calories and gained 2 pounds. This week I am not going to eat them and see how that works for me. But eating half sounds like it might be the way to go.

I have coffeemate in my coffee. My husband has a sweet tooth and he uses sugar free flavored coffeemate. 25 years ago I gave up the sugar in my coffee. It took a little getting used to, but now it would be too sweet for me. Also try flavored coffees. I belong to Gevalia and have found some wonderful flavors for my morning…

Do you have discount supermarkets in your area? You could clip coupons and shop around for specials. Eating healthy does not have to cost a lot if you are a thrifty shopper :)
