Is there any way to change your start date. I started on a Monday and I want my week to start on Sunday, know what I mean?

your should eat all your calories. You may eat your fitness calories too. Some people do, some don't, I eat about half of mine. Space out your meals and snacks so that you are eating about every three hours so you won't have to make up for it at the end of the day.

drink lots of water, 2 cups before your meal and after:)

Oatmeal can lower it. and a few other foods...you could check google for more info. changing your diet along with regular exercise will help. I am taking Lipitor and am working really hard to improve my health and be able to get off the meds. Good luck:)

I have heard that and I see it with my husband. He uses artificial sweetener in his coffee and on his cereal, he eats hard candy all night while watching TV! He is of a healthy weight and woks out, but I am sure this will all catch up with him someday.

I shoot for 5 but end up doing 6 days per week on my treadmill, 4.0 mph for 50 minutes

I gained my first week too. I have failed many times because I quit when I saw I was gaining. I decided I need to see this through longer than a week while my body adjusted. I am starting to lose and with working out I am also feeling more toned. Don't give up, it will pay off soon:)

Don't beat yourself up about it. Maybe divide your meal up next time, put half in a container and store it in the fridge for a lunch or dinner the next day.
