Hello, I am a 39 year old mother of four. I have gained weight over the years and have an extremely difficult time both losing the weight and keeping it off. I've had all medical reasons for gaining weight checked and there is nothing medically wrong with me. Both my mother and father are overweight so I wonder if this is the problem. I feel like I'm getting quite desperate as nothing seems to work for me. I do not want to be overweight forever. What could be the problem?

For me..... as soon as I joined I logged in a typical week of eating to see where my eating problems were at.
Boy did I get a wake up call. I realized where my problem areas were and am working to change my eating to where it is healthy and lower in calories than what I was eating before.
You have had test to rule out health problems, that's a good start.
