Not sure. I only eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes after I get up, I don't get hungry til 11am. No reason to force feed myself.

1091 is pretty low. I think you'll find yourself hungry all the time.

90 minutes? Egad. CDC doesn't realize a lot of people have lives and obligations. 90 min/7 days a week is not a necessity for weightloss.
-
I wouldn't as far as saying it tastes just like it, by any means, but it's decent enough.

As someone who works in school admin, talking to the school teacher and principal is the first step. If you feel you're not getting anywhere take it up with Elementary Instruction at the higher levels.

Restaurants should not be coerced by the govt. to add nutrition facts to their menus, but I commend those who do it on their own. It also makes me more likely to eat there than at a place that does not provide them and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Havana Burrito is quite good at California Tortilla is you have one. Even the small burrito is plenty big for less than 500 calories.

I eat bread virtually every day, sometimes for two meals. It doesn't cause me any issues at all.
-
Just replace it with something you do like. Doesn't have to be a breakfast food, like someone already stated :)

I'm not going to stress about keeping my daily goal, but will probably skip certain things and filling up on others. More turkey and vegetables rather than stuffing and mashed potatoes. I know that I'll eat less than in prior years. This year isn't at my place either, so no left overs is a plus!

Tomato and spinach

Knowing the nutrition facts is the best way to help. After that, you just have to pick things off the menu that don't cause you to go over. A lot of times it will not allow you to have what you normally would order. Fried anything will obviously be higher in calorie that a lot of other things.

I don't do cheat meals as I fit anything I feel like having into my daily goals. I still have pizza, Arby's or whatever. I just work the rest of my day around it. I eat healthier in general for sure, but since I'll be eating things like that in the future, what's the point of cutting it out temporarily.

I honestly don't have a problem with diet soda. My only gripe about regular is that it's just too much of a waste of calories. I typically drink diet, but don't drink nearly as much as I used to. I'd go with diet for the sole reason of barely any calories.
-
In reality if you're numbers are still working on a weekly basis, you're probably fine. I bank calories some days knowing I may be going over later in the week.

Grilled something if you have to get Chinese. Chicken and Broccoli is my favorite. But Lemon Pepper chicken is great too. Stay away from fried or sauce covered anything, or at least have minimal. Chinese is survivable, however, you will be hungry in an hour. And stay away from rice. It's a waste, imo.

Sorry, but it comes across as "I'm better than you", rather than "I care about you". I'm happy with the 90+ I've lost by not strictly eating "clean".

Auto sugar to fat conversion with blood sugar spikes? I should have GAINED weight all this time :/
-
Kinda depends on how much you end up going over.

Define healthy. Subway isn't necessarily healthy and fast food in general isn't always unhealthy.
-
I'm usually at a fast food joint 2 or 3 times a week. I only order things that fit into my goals. And that's actually quite a variety. I generally stay away from fries which helps with that tremendously.

On occasion, Dr.s have been known to suggest avoid the caffeine because of the spike in blood pressure it can cause.
-
Food scale has helped tremendously. One of the #1 things helping me the most. Well, can't be ONE of the #1 things...scratch it, it IS the #1 thing :D

Meal timing is irrelevant, unless you have difficulties sleeping on a full stomach. I frequently eat after 8pm.
-
The movie was pretty good from what I remember years ago. I have more memories playing the video game "Little Nemo: The Dream Master". Think I'll play it tonight!
-
That is quite the miscalculation. More than the normal allotment they are allowed. I think the FDA allows for 20% off either direction. Wonder what prompted them to double check.

Over your goal, that's all.

Creamer. Typically two tablespoons does it for me. Only adds 70 calories for the day.
-
Weigh. Measuring solids in something better suited for liquids gets dicey.

Not at all. I frequently eat chips with sandwiches and still have ice cream some nights during the week. I don't believe I need to give these up to lose weight. In fact, I've proven it to myself.
