I wouldn't think that's too much. It's pretty low in calorie (by itself) which is how I eat it. Call me strange, I like the natural taste without butter or seasoning. As long as it's not causing you to go over your allotment, have at it and some.
-
Don't have cheat meals or days as nothing is off limits for me. Knowing I can eat pizza, ice cream even fast food during the week stops me from going off the rails. Sure I need to fit it into my calories, but I've had no problem doing so.

Next to never

I used to, but came to the same realization you just did. Haven't been doing it for months now.
-
Pretty much anything. Tomatoes, onions, olives, banana peppers, jalapenos (fresh-no heat from the pickled variety). Oil and vinegar sometimes.
-
Very true. I've managed to occasionally find fresh varieties containing 50mg a serving rather than 150-200+. Occasionally...*sigh*
-
I consider sugar, whether natural or otherwise, sugar. I count it towards my goals, though I still don't freak when I find myself over after 2 servings of fruit.
-
I think it varies from person to person. I virtually never eat any back on exercise days and I've had no issues.
-
It hasn't really stopped me. I don't have too much variety in my daily food intake.
-
I actually don't own a scale and for me that works great. I typically weigh myself every 3-4 weeks.
-
Haha! The Thirst Mutilator!
-
I probably wouldn't drink it in place of water. Unnecessary sugar and calories. I absolutely hate to drink my calories.
-
What comes up in the tracker for Diet Soda that makes it worse than regular? All I know is that some diet actually do contain some calories, like Diet Mt. Dew for instance.
-
I put mine in the fridge if I can't eat them fast enough The peel turns brown, but the inside lasts longer than it would at room temperature. Just had one today and it was great. I try to buy smaller bunches to avoid this in general.
-
Breakfast is typically 300 or less for me. Lunch between 400-500. I save a majority of my calories for dinner and after.
-
Been gaming since Atari and ColecoVision! Feel free to add me if you want. :)
-
I would call it no food off limit, just how much of said food. I have pizza every week, but I'm no longer eating 4+ pieces in one sitting. Keep myself at two. Ice cream is fine, just keep it below your total calorie allotment. Things like that.
-
Can't ask for anything better! That's awesome
-
Agreed!
-
I usually count them. A lot can be insignificant, but I do like to get counts on the nutrients they provide.
-
Eat it every week. Favorite is pineapple and ham. I typically stay away from the meat topping.
-
Usually at least 60 ounces. I stop keeping track at that point.
-
Hell no. Ludicrous!
-
Everything in moderation has been working for me. There really isn't anything I wouldn't eat. It becomes a matter of how much.
-
Chips and Salsa. May not sound like a terrible weakness, but I can pack it away if not careful.
-
A couple, yeah. They're mildly annoying to me. As far as I know there are no supplements to remove, but have read they can actually be removed by cutting or shaving them off. I'm sure it would bleed for a bit.

No idea if THIS link is even accurate, but it's stating that certain potions of the OP are fact and fiction. http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/b/butter-margarine.htm

This seems to be all over facebook today. Not positive if any of it is actually true. Regardless, I don't care for margarine anyway.
