I'm not so sure it really matters when you eat your calories. There are some days I eat half of mine in one meal, but hasn't hindered me in the slightest. The body doesn't care if you eat three meals, two or seven.

I generally stick to chicken fajitas. I skip the sour cream and cheese as the onions and peppers as well as the salsa give it a fine taste. The pinto beans are great too.

I've always followed the recommendations. I feel I've been doing fine, though I do admit I have a bit of trouble reaching the calorie goal occasionally.

That's really odd and wonder why. I typically eat one a day and have lost quite a bit since January 1st. Doesn't seem to slow me down.

I was averaging mid to high 150/90 last fall. Currently I hit around low to mid 140/85 and sometimes in the 130 range. I'd say dropping some poundage is helping.

I'm going to have the same scenario Tuesday night at the Prudential Center. I can't imagine anything with be even slightly healthy, but what they heck, it's a rarity to eat at an arena for me. I'll probably have a lighter lunch than normal in anticipation.

I've got to say there's no comparison to a human being and a cat. People end up getting rid of pets all the time for whatever reason. At least the cat had a good home for the last six years. Good to know it's not a kitty pancake on the highway somewhere.

Weekends is usually around 6, but during the week I end up getting home around 6:30, so it tends to be 7 or later.

I wouldn't feel bad. I generally order a large pizza every week due to a customer appreciation day where it's only $6.99. I keep it to veggies and normal cheese and limit myself to two slices. Works perfect for me and I haven't had issues with gaining.

That's pretty much the way I do it. Don't own one. I easily tell because my clothes are fitting better. I get the occasional weigh in if I have to go to the Dr. for some reason. I should probably pick one up, but just never do.
