I can wash my jeans on a regular basis and not worry that I won't be able to button them

My baseline is 1380 a day then whatever I earn from exercise. I don't always eat all of the exercise calories, but sometimes I go over the 1380 on days that I don't work out so I figure that makes up for it

Sounds yummy! I'm going to try it tomorrow

Yay kittie forum!! I'm new to MFP so was excited to just see this  We have 2 kitties, Mountie (7) and Percy (5). I got Mountie from the shelter while I was in college (at West Virginia Univ, so he is a true Mountaineer), and he has definite cattitude. He woke me up the other morning by knocking my bedside glass of…

As long as it's counted with the rest of your calories I don't think it's a big deal. I like my beer and will have 1 or 2 most nights of the week, I just make sure to track it like I would anything else. There are proven heart heatlhy effects (due to the antioxidants and resveratrol) with having 1-2 glasses of wine most…

Once a week, first thing in the morning with nothing on and after using the bathroom. It can fluctuate a lot! Just for the heck of it I weighed before bed last night and it said 155.4 and this morning was 150.4. I'll take the 150.4

The MayoClinic has a great recipe site (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-recipes/RecipeIndex)...I love how you can search by meal, type of diet, etc. Most of the recipes are pretty simple too!

It's been helping me so far! I've been on here a week now. My biggest challenge is going to be cutting alcohol...my husband brews beer and they are all very high calorie!!! :drinker:

^^ this, if you have a gym that you go to. I really hate doing cardio but the classes are fun and the time flies by way faster than chugging along on the treadmill/elliptical!
