  • Good Housekeeping magazine did an article last January on the 2 day diet. You do two days of 600 cals and the rest of the week is approx 1800 cals. On the two fasting days you eat two pints of milk ( or the equivalent in low fat yogurt etc) plus 4 portion of veg, some fruit and a vitamin pill plus plenty of water. This…
