  • 10 pounds is 10 pounds! I lost 15 quickly and have now plateau'd... I am mixing things up, excersize and eating, to try to jump start it again. Keep positive
  • I'm on the upper side of 50 and relized that no one else was going to help me get fit but myself. Habbits started at 30 are easier to continue than 50+. Good Luck
