  • Haha yeah I agree. I usually eat fat free because i like the less runny texture but to say you "have to buy fat free CC" is silly.
  • I'm on the sweet side here. If i'm not putting blueberries in my cottage cheese, i'll mix in E.D Smith (No sugar added) "maple" syrup into it. SO YUM

  • I make individual ones in a water bottle. I take a good couple gulps of the water, put the cran juice and lemon in there and stuff a dandelion tea bag in the bottle haha.
  • I drink this but to be honest this is the first I've heard of it being a "detox drink". I saw a post about it on Pinterest, decided the ingredients looked good, healthy and decided it was a good alternative to "spice up" my water.
