Thanks for your suggestions. I work out at home, and would like to start my weight training with dumb bells. I will definately check out the resources you recommended. Thank you!

5'2 here! I currently weigh 158, when I started in Jan. I was 170.5. I have an athletic build, and am 49 years old so I have set my goa at 135. Please feel free to add me as a friend for support for the shorties!

Next week will mark my three years of sobriety! My life is much more fulfilling, and happy without the booze. I do not ever want to go back to that lifestyle.

I am 5'2 and started out at 170.5 on Jan. 2, today I am 160. My goal is 130-135 as I am 49 years old, and don't think I would look healthy under this weight. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I too, am pretty new to the site, and looking for friends. Take you your journey one day at a time. Good luck Mrs. Sherrill

When I entered my stats, age/weight, and used the same program it actually show 40 less caloris burned! Oh my goodness, how confusing! I will just keep working out and counting calories to get this weight off. Thanks for your reply, and good luck on your journey!

I was curious, I am doing a medium level 5 fat burn for 30 min. on the elliptical and it says I am burning only 204 calories. But when I use this site for exercise and put my weight in, and elliptical time the caloris burned are much higher, what reading should I go with?
