I am with you! It seems once I start having "sweet treats" I want them all of the time, and a habit has been formed. i.e. McDonald's ice cream cones!

I am 5'2 and started MFP in Jan at 170.5, I am now 130, and went as low as 126. I am 49 yrs old and it seems I have trouble maintaining anything under 130, although I would love to be 125. I too am 5'2. I started at 170.5 in Jan, and currently around 129, am almost 50 yrs old. My original goal was 135, then 130, and again I changed it to 125. Honestly, I feel great where I am at. If I am honest I think 125 is probably a "vanity" weight. Too each his own.

Funny you should ask, TOM came to visit today, about every three weeks at my house. I am almost 50 and expect that menopause is knocking at my door. Anyway, I gave in to my guilty please of chocolate covered peanuts, and yes I ate the entire 6 oz. bag. OMG!

I have issues with the late night muchies as well. I like sweets and sometimes a Dr. Pepper Bold (10 cal) will do the trick. I also tend to go to bed early.

I have a work-out room at home, and work out at least 60 min, 6 times per week

Planning on a breast lift for my 50th birthday, it is next February. I've lost 32 lbs, have about 10 more for goal. Can't wait for my boobs to be where they are suppose to be, and not extra long! :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

I use cardio on the elliptical and put in age/weight. I usually work out about 75 min and according to my elliptical burn around 420-430 calories. I use the calories burned from my machine, MPF almost double the calories burned. Just what I do...I have lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks.

First, I can't imagine having this problem! LOL, however, my son has the same issue. He has drank supplements like Ensure in the past.
