  • Hi! They don't recommend doing HIIT training more than 3 times a week and not back to back. So you could still mix it in with your other workouts. I personally like the 45 EZ DVD. Good luck!! Always remember variety is key
  • Hi! It's only available in a program. But the 40 minute stretch in the Turbofire series is great. I substitute it for yoga x since its easier an shorter
