I just finished day 3 - lower body work out. OMG. I screamed and yelled and grunted like a crazy person. and now I'm stuck on the floor. How are others doing?!

Just finished day 2, which is the upper body. Honestly I didn't sweat much, but it did bring out some sort of pent up anger I was having - not sure where it came from. It wasn't about the video or working out really at all. All of a sudden I was just angry. lol. Has to be a good thing - needed to get rid of it!!

I think the main benefit of the shakeo is to get in all your vitamins and nutrients. It's easy to get deficient on those things when you're trying to get fit. When I was a vegetarian, I really wished I had found a great vegan protein powder. Although there are so many protein options on a veggie diet, it's so easy to miss out on vitamins and nutrients. I wish I would have found one that I liked because I think I would have been a more energetic vegetarian!

I do use Shakeology and ordered the regular chocolate. It makes me feel bloated though and from what I'm hearing that's typically from the whey protein - I'm told the vegan solves that problem, so next time I'll order chocolate vegan.

Today was day 1 for me!! I am just doing the 21 day fix videos. I used to be an obsessive exerciser so I'm trying to hold myself from going into that extreme place.

I am on day 1 of the fix - it is so hard but so doable. i'm so happy to hear all the wonderful results!! I'm concerned about the containers. They feel overwhelming to me. Either agave syrup or coconut sugar will work great as a substitute for any recipes with sugar. :) Hope this helps.

I did not have a period for almost 2 years while recovering from an eating disorder. These things can definitely be closely related. It takes a lot of regular exercise, the right amount of calories and HEALTHY calories to get things back on track. Just my experience.

Eat them. Look at is this way: Your body just used up the base calories you NEED to sustain and still lose weight on a workout. Now you must replace those calories because you used them. I didn't get to read the whole thread so not sure if anyone has said this yet or not but ' Fresh ground flax seed in your breakfast cereal/oatmeal.. It has a nice nutty taste (not very strong) and helps keep me on track. :)
