Hi, I'm a driver myself. I've made changes like parking farther away from the building and walking more , packing my on lunch when I can and when I can't I order healthy when I eat out (salads). Try not to eat at least 3 hour before I lay down and be sure to get 7 to 8 hours of continuous sleep. And plenty plenty water.…
