Awesome job!! All are inspirational. Lost 50 pounds since last year. Really, the first 5 months only accounted for about 7 pounds. I thought I could just work out and sorta watch what I ate. Then lost over 40 lbs in the last 7 months with MFP. Looking to lose about 15 more and tone up muscle.

Great thread! My standby is simply scrambled eggs and shredded hash browns, with peppers, onions and maybe a little andouille sausage thrown in.
