As long as you net your BMR each day, you're good. The theory is you eat what you burn off and it revs up your metabolism. Since you get used to eating more on exercise days it'll take more calories to keep you at maintenance. I will NET 1300-1500 a day, but if I burn off however many cals at the gym I eat every single one…

but cinnamon and nuts are a good way to kill the taste a bit, granola if you like the crunch. Polaner makes sugar free jams and preserves at 5 cals per tablespoon. So i've been doing a tbls of blackberry preserves in 1 cup of yogurt. You'll get used to the taste lol

with fruit and/or flax or chia seed. If no fruit, I have to put like 1/4 packet of splenda in there. Lot of people do honey..

ahahaha At my gym we have a girl that looks like that. Shes about 5'2 and jacks up the incline to 20 and puts it on about 4.0 mph.. then has the death grip on the heart sensors but she looks like shes a running zombie.. all huffin and puffin and snarlin heehee i know its not nice but its funny

No offense, I honestly don't mean to be rude, but then just don't respond. OP was just saying to look at it another way. Instead of looking at your cals day by day go week by week and plan it out. Doesn't work for everyone but it does for some people. And if one person out of a bazillion looks at this post, says "hmm I…

Wow, you look absolutely fantastic! Congratulations on your success! I love seeing before and afters but the best part about the pictures is you can see your confidence level rising and the smile on your face. Way to go lady, amazing transformation!

I have PCOS and I the only way I can lose weight steadily and consistently is if I eat a minimum of 1500 calories plus my exercise cals back (another 300 plus). Otherwise I'm all over the place. 40% lower BMR seems a little extreme but I'm no expert, I only know what works sure fire for me. And that's to eat, but HEALTHY.…

I was on it for the same reasons. I went low carb to drop the initial weight while dealing with my insulin levels at the recommendation of my doctor. After about 6 months of strict low carb, my doctor pulled me off Metformin because I was bottoming out so bad and no longer needed it. And have been off it ever since. You…

Added you :) Anyone feel free to add me as well, the more the merrier :drinker:

Any little red bumps? Could be heat rash, I get it when my temp goes way up (usually when running or on a cross trainer). Not too much can be done about it. And it itches like crazy

You can read 20 million articles that all say something different but do what feels best, to you. If you have the energy after cardio to complete all your reps/sets properly, then do it. Do it different ways, change things up and do what feels best.

I change it up from week to week but really like doing strength first after a 10m warmup walk to get the heart rate up. I feel I can push myself harder with the weights if I'm not wiped out from intense cardio first.

Burpees. Here's the wiki page with mods on it when it starts getting easy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burpee_%28exercise%29

Just keep it at and measure yourself everywhere!!! Just because you don't see it doesn't mean your body isn't changing. I thought I had the same problem this last month. Only dropped a pound but I'm in the gym 5x a week lifting and I've dropped almost 5% in body fat in 4 weeks with only losing 1lb on the scale. Just keep…

Other people started noticing more muscle on me about 3 weeks in doing Jamie Eason's 12 wk shred. It's awesome and I love how structured it is. Arms and legs definitely were the first to pop. Now im addicted lol Keep it up!

Depends on your body. I for one agree, no diet pills. Do it all natural and healthy, even if it is slower. However, I did go through a spell where I tried every diet pill on the market, including the OxyElite. I did it for the stim affect and after I stopped taking them I had no ill affects (gained the weight back,…

Oooh my go to "need cals quick" is hummus. 2tbls is a serving, at 70 cals. My fav is Sabra roasted red pepper. Put it on anything and instant delish.

Does he like fish? Me and my SO have Mahi Mahi about once a week, 100 cals per 4oz serving. Pan seared with skin on. The spices and herbs are the fun part as it never tastes the same twice usually. But lemon pepper and Basil Butter are the favs. For sides its always 1 veggie and 1 carb load (for him) like pasta or rice.…
