  • I just did Leslie's 2 mile super walk...what a workout! (at least for someone who doesn't normally workout!!) I wasn't sure how to figure calories tho, what do you think?? I also do Greer Childers Total Body plus the resistance bars
  • try vegetarian veggie. The Amazing Soup Diet recipe, which also has beans, spinach & zucchini, for 1 cup is 45 cals, 2 g protein,9 carbs,1 g fat (sat) 4 g fiber, o cholesterol & 410 sodium
