The calories set up for you are set up for you by MFP to already lose weight, without exercise. When you eat back the exercise calories, you are giving yourself more energy, to not hurt your body, to repair your muscles. There are a LOT of threads about this, and many great explanations.

Did you click on maintenance or losing so many pounds per week. If you changed it to lose, then the 1200 is your goal to help you lose the amount of weight per week you chose.

Even though these aren't really 46 calories, I am bumping this, so I can get all the other recipes people are posting, plus the original post, since they are only 190. I wonder about the carbs and all the other stuff, though. That's important info to me. :happy:
