  • Hi, I am a 27yr old mother of one son and I need some motivation. My husband tries to help but he doesn't understand, he is in tip top shape. I have just started but I lost 5lbs so far and I have a lot more to go. Feel free to add me, I could sure use the friends:smile:
  • I would love to join! Starting weight 233 and I want to be 223 by the end of February. I am on a low calorie diet....about 1200-1500 calories a day. I go to the gym 3 times a week but hopefully I will begin to workout at least 4 times.
