I was wondering the same thing. Took my first class last nigh and absolutely loved it!!!! We all really worked up a sweat and the hour was up before we knew it.

I'm on board! It it such a great feeling to see that scale go down and my MFP friends will help talk us through the times when it don't. Let's stay strong!

I have a weight watcher's scale that I bought at costco and u could get on it 10 times and it will always be the same to the ounce. Plus, it always weighed me the same as the scale at the meetings so I guess you could say it is pretty accurate.
