5-6 meals DOES help many people. Jana's advice is good. I'd also check you're getting enough protein at each meal - and that your 1200 aren't all high sugar foods too.

I've just ordered Slim in 6 from the states because you can't get it in the UK. Ordered it on Sunday but think it will be at least another week before it arrives. If anyone else wants to start up that would be cool.
