Yup, the week before and the week of, my weight is usually up due to bloating. Very frustrating, but normal.

I just ran my first 15K. I didn't follow any kind of training plan, but the longest I ran was 7 miles even though the race was 9.3 miles and I was fine. Good luck. :smile:

I'm a (slow) runner, but I use Runtastic. I just ran my first 15K and am now training for a half marathon. :)

To answer your question, YES! Lol. I just broke a month long plateau this week! It's very discouraging, but you just have to keep pushing - the stall won't last forever. :)

I feel your pain. I've lost 46 and have gone down only one size. I'm only 5'3. I have no idea where I'm losing it from. I feel like I don't even look any different. :grumble: It's so frustrating.

I have this and I LOVE it. Tips? Well, make sure you put the chest strap up high enough, as close to your heart as possible. I had it down too low a few times and the readings got all wonky, saying my HR was 98, then all the sudden 200, but it was really around 150. I have a HRM. This site is usually VERY wrong, and stating much higher than I am actually burning. For example, on the elliptical, for an hour I usually burn around 650, but MFP says something like 900. For the bike, I burn around 220 for 30 minutes, and again, MFP says much higher numbers.
