I have finished day 10 of omni. It took me a while, but having trouble getting into day 11-20. I do feel a slight change...so I need to push forward. I like to see you ladies working it..especially @mdelcott :wink: One day at a time for me.

Definitely agree its an individual preference. I weigh daily on my Withings scale. It automatically logs it into MFP.
