I've never eaten back my exercise caories and only use mfp to calculate. I've lost 50.5 pounds since jan 10th of this year and am at my goal weight. I ignored all the warnings that mfp gave me about starvation mode and just kept at it and it worked for me!

Whole gran Wasa Crispbread, open a wedge and use raw sugar snap peas to eat it with, rice cake, stuff into a stalk of celery...just a few of the ways I use them!

I've been on the site for about 7 months and have lost 40 pounds, mainly due to the advice and encouragement of my MFP pals. I, too have struggled with being overweight most of my life, but have a healthy BMI today. Add me if you'd like.

I think a new goal. I set my goal weight too high for a healthy BMI starting out because I thought I would not succeed as usual. My loss is going well and quite rapid so I think I will set a new goal and try to get to a healthy BMI!
