I think strong or just "healthy" is much better than the need to be skinny. My main goal when I decided to lose weight was just to lose a certain amount of weight because I thought that would make me happy. I don't add oil to my food if I am baking it, I just put some water in the pan. I don't see how if you do use oil, in the same amount, that it would have a difference in the method of cooking you used though.

As long as your tattoos are awesome, and done by a GOOD artist, not some crackhead in their bedroom, then there is no such thing as too many. Except your face... other than Kat Von D's, I'm not a fan of face tattoos... neck is fine as long as it's not a name/words... I think that looks corny for some reason.

I usually tend to be between 150-165 when I am working out, my trainer told me to keep it between the 150-160's. Not sure if it's an issue to go a bit higher. I would think 172 isn't like danger zone or anything though.
