Eating about 1000 calories and being a cardio bunny= NOT HEALTHY. Even at 5'3. There is no reason for you to be eating so little without exercising, much less when you take that into account as well. 7 pounds in a month is really good, but unfortunately some of that was definitely muscle you lost. You need to eat more to…

I'm in again. I keep doing 65 and have made it every time, so this month I'm going for 70. Good luck y'all!

Forgot to log my last two days of workouts! Made it :)

Right next to it is a tanning salon, and then to the side is Home Depot, and the other side there is a shopping center.. I'm sure it has some food places but I've never gone in there.

Usually a thong, then I don't have to worry about a wedgie cuz it's already there  I feel weird going commando so just can't do it lol

The result is you will become a Beachbody Coach and be as irritating as door to door salesmen.
-
LOL That was awesome.

I wish everyone would stop trying to tell short people that it's okay or necessary to eat so little!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH! :explode: Seriously?!?! I'm 4'11, started out at 168, and am down to 135 so far(started in about July), and have NEVER, unless sick, eaten under 1200. Why? Because I like food, and when you work out, you…

Should hit goal tomorrow :) Today was elliptical, rowing, and treadmill!

Thanks y'all  It was disappointing for a second and now I just use all those bumper stickers as motivation. Going to do my first half in October, which gives me plenty of time to get ready for it. And then I will have one of those stickers as well! Not sure I'll ever be doing a full, but who knows, maybe…

I must not have many crossfit people in my area. I do have a crap ton of half and full marathon runners around me though. Was so proud of myself like two weeks ago when I finally ran for a total 5k without walking... on the way home from the gym I stop at a red light right behind some person with like 7 13.1, 2 26.2 and…

We used to do it in school once a week and it was really fun LOL you look great so keep it up!!

Add butter/sour cream/extra cheese/etc. to his plate. Make him bigger portions than what you use. Just add in high calorie easy foods to his dishes, not too difficult.

Sounds more like a sub-par alternative for s'mores. I'll stick with fitting in ice cream or frozen yogurt. One or even two servings of most ice creams isn't really that high in calories so I don't know why you feel the need to sub it.. but whatever works for you!

Congrats on the baby and all the hard work paying off. It is definitely best to work on yourself both physically AND emotionally! Well done

Got another 4.8 miles in on the treadmill today! Thinking it's safe to say I'll make my goal again this month

My minimum is 64 oz a day. Usually I average around 80-96 oz though. Once it gets hot out that will probably be at least doubled though!

I think it just depends. I've seen cases where it did stay there/get worse, I've also seen cases where you can't even tell anymore. I do strength training, and have gone from about 32% down to 24% BF so far, and mine was pretty bad when I first started out. It's definitely not all gone, but I was really worried about it…

I don't think I've ever seen this suggested, so there could be a reason for that. BUT... can't you just implement the C25k training and instead of walk/jog intervals, just make it jog/run faster intervals? I've just started jogging, and am currently only doing treadmill. I just go for as long as I can before having to…

You are definitely an amazing inspiration. That took a lot of hard work and dedication, and you ROCKED it!!! Congratulations on getting your life back, and thank you so much for sharing your story with all of us! :flowerforyou:

Definitely wouldn't mind looking like this, or like Lulu... :flowerforyou: Looking great ladies!!
-
3.75 more down in the form of elliptical and bike!!
-
You are looking great, keep up the good work!

Do whichever way you will actually stick with. You need to be able to MAKE yourself do it, even when you are lacking motivation. Personally, I hate working out at home. I go to a gym that has childcare and I LOVE going there. I now dread my rest days instead of dreading workout days. Just find something you will stick…

4.7 miles in today all in an hour on the treadmill

Definitely my MFP friends, they are all amazing and I love them. It's crazy how I feel like I've known some of them forever, and yet have never actually met them. My husband for supporting me, and listening to me constantly talk about my weight/my new workouts/my new NSV/all of that. Also, very important, my gym. The women…

Honestly, the most I've lost in a month was 9 pounds... and then the following month I was hungry a lot and ended up only losing 1.6 pounds for that whole month. Just focus on doing better, and eventually you will get there. No matter what, if you stick with a plan, you will look better in 4 months than you do today, and…

That's fantastic! Nothing works as well as hard work

Got three miles in yesterday that I kept forgetting to log: elliptical, rowing, treadmill

Hah, you have the same nose as me! Don't see that very often, had to comment LOL
