I'm grumpy half the time by nature... I'm just downright mean on rest days or when for some reason I can't go to the gym because of doctor visits for the kids or something lol Both my boys have a dentist appt. tomorrow, not sure if I'll be able to go after, and that would mean taking an extra day off :grumble:

4'11 SW:168 CW: 137-8 GW:128-9 I do strength training 3-4 days a week and 1 day of cardio. Right now, I net 1350 calories a day. My profile pic shows my before and current pictures.

Hon, don't try to keep up with hubby in percent loss lol That's setting yourself up for failure. Just be happy that every pound you lose gets you that much closer to goal and makes you that much healthier!

4.5 more miles down. All on the treadmill, and jogged for a total of 40 minutes of it!!! Never done that before LOL :bigsmile:

Do push ups on your knees until you can do them on your toes. Then just work up the number you can do. I went from being able to do 3(and feeling like I was gonna die), to one day I banged out like 150(throughout the day in groups of ten, not all in one sitting lol)

Before was about two years ago. Didn't have any more recent, but that's basically what I looked like at 165-8 in about July2013 After is me last month(140)! Everyone looks amazing!!!

I wondered that too the first time I logged a banana into mfp. I was expecting like this HUGE amount of potassium... not so much. Now I just don't really bother with them, bananas are okay, but I'm not so in love with their calorie count. Not worth it for me, my kids love them though so I still buy 'em occasionally.

Weight lifting will help preserve the muscle you have RIGHT NOW so you don't lose a major amount of it(doing cardio only and with a deficit). Once you get to your goal bf% if you feel you want more muscle, then bulk and cut.
