Well i lost my 112 summat pounds from eating whatever.... just staying within my calorie limit so i hear ya on that. 5 months to lose 50lbs. Now i could have gone more in some cases BUT i chose to eat more when i was losing too much. 2lbs per week is the safest which adds up to roughly 10lbs a month.

You can have whatever you like. Generally it's better to fill the calories up and worry about the macro's later. If you hit the macros, great! if not, well calories is what counts up for today. Macro's is overall health in life xD
